We're new as a managed service, and we'd rather say so than invent logos. The first five feed customers get 35% off their monthly price for six months. In return we write up the project as a case study, named or anonymized, your choice.

Why is setup charged separately?
Setup covers source mapping, schema design and building the extractors. Quoting it separately keeps the monthly price honest: it pays for running and maintaining the feed, not for amortizing the build.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly feeds have a three-month initial term, then run month to month. Data Sprints, monitoring trials and the feasibility check have no term.
Who pays for proxies, browsers and data licences?
Normal access costs are included in the monthly price. Expensive routes, such as licensed data or heavy rendering at volume, are either passed through at cost or included in a fixed price, whichever you prefer. You see it in the quote.
Can I pay in another currency?
Prices are in US dollars. If you need to be invoiced in another currency, ask and we will quote it.
What if a source becomes impossible to collect?
We tell you, propose an alternative, and stop billing for that source if there is no reliable route.
