A data feed that keeps arriving, correct, on schedule.

We turn public websites into scheduled, de-duplicated datasets with a fixed schema, then keep them running when sites change, slow down or start blocking bots. You get rows, not scraper maintenance.

When we're a fit, and when we're not

A good fit if…

  • You need the same data every day, week or month, not once.
  • The data feeds a dashboard, a pricing model, a product or an AI agent.
  • You have tried scripts, extensions or an agent and they keep breaking.
  • You want one accountable owner for freshness and correctness.

Use something cheaper if…

  • You need a few hundred rows once. Ask a browser agent or use a ready-made Apify actor.
  • The source already has a public API or bulk download. Use it directly.
  • You have data engineers with spare capacity and want to own the pipeline.
  • The data sits behind a login you are not entitled to share with us.

What you get

Deliverables you can check, not hours you have to trust.

1

Source plan

Every source, the fields it yields and the access route we use for it, written down before we build.

2

Versioned schema

A data contract with types, keys and null rules. Changes are announced and the previous version keeps running during the switch.

3

Scheduled delivery

Weekly, daily or hourly runs delivered where you work: files, Sheets, S3, BigQuery, Snowflake, a REST API or an MCP server.

4

De-duplication and matching

Stable IDs across runs, duplicates merged, and optional matching to your own catalogue or account list.

5

Monitoring and repair

Row counts, null rates and layout drift checked on every run. When a source breaks, an agent drafts the fix and we review it.

6

Run log

What ran, when, how many rows, what changed. You see the same health view we do.

Rows you can join on

Every feed ships with stable keys, typed fields, and the provenance columns that make stale or wrong data visible.

Illustrative example. Your schema is agreed with you.

What teams use it for

Competitor pricing

Daily prices, stock and promotions across competitor stores, matched to your SKUs.

Marketplace supply

Listings, sellers and reviews from marketplaces and aggregators, refreshed on your cadence.

Hiring signals

Job postings from careers pages and boards as an early read on competitor and market moves.

Product and AI inputs

Clean, fresh data feeding your product, pricing engine, RAG index or agent tools.

Agents build. A QA gate decides what ships.

How it works
  1. 1

    Scope

We map the sources, the fields and the most reliable way to get each one, and send you a fixed quote.

  2. 2

    Agents build

Coding agents write extractors against your schema and test them on live pages. A person reviews the change.

  3. 3

    QA gate

Every run passes deterministic checks, then an independent model spot-checks a sample. Failures go back, not out.

  4. 4

    Run and monitor

Plain code runs the feed on schedule. When a site changes we are alerted, an agent drafts the fix, we review it.

Questions we get

Something else? Ask us directly.

What counts as one source?

One website or one coherent section of a site with a single layout, for example one retailer, one marketplace category tree or one job board. Larger or very heterogeneous sites may count as more than one; we tell you before you commit.

What happens when a site changes its layout?

Monitoring catches it on the next run through row counts, null rates and validation errors. An agent drafts the extractor fix, we review it, and daily feeds carry a one-business-day fix target under the SLA.

What about sites that block bots?

We choose the most reliable route per source: official APIs and feeds first, then open pages, licensed or paid access where it exists, or engineered collection through specialist infrastructure. Access costs are included in the price or passed through at cost, as agreed up front.

Can we change the fields later?

Yes. Field changes go through the schema versioning: we add the new version, run both in parallel for a transition period, then retire the old one.

Is there a minimum term?

Monthly feeds run month to month after a three-month initial term, which covers the setup work. One-off datasets have no term at all.
